The Vinnies Housing Tenants page acts as a central location for all your needs as a Tenant within one of our housing facilities. You can find access to the Tenant Portal, as well as key documents, and information that will be helpful during your tenancy.
Tenant Portal
Our tenancies are managed using the Console Cloud Tenant portal. You can log into Console Cloud to stay in control of your rental home, and manage your tenancy.
Using Console Cloud, you can:
- Keep track of your rent: see your tenant ledger in real-time and know when your next rent is due.
- Lodge maintenance requests: lodge maintenance requests directly from the app and see status updates in real-time.
- Stay on top of your agreement: view your tenancy agreement all in one place, anytime, 24/7.

HomeStay
Our Home Stay services can help with tenancy sustainment or tenancy support if you are at risk of homelessness.

Vinnies Housing is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Society, and a Registered Community Housing Provider. Our housing team work closely with all levels of government, other service providers, religious orders, and the community to advocate and increase support for people who are experiencing housing insecurity.
We know that the housing crisis in Queensland and rising costs of living is worrying for many people and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
At St Vincent de Paul QLD, we are dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing for people in need across the state. We have bold plans to establish another 500 homes over the next five years to help ease the burden of the housing crisis.
