At the Society’s Canberra/Goulburn headquarters, Members, volunteers and staff met during National Reconciliation Week to discuss ‘Reflect’, the second phase of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

The first RAP was introduced in 2021 and since then the Society Canberra/Goulburn has taken many practical and culturally appropriate steps towards strengthening relationships with, and providing support for, First Nations people in the communities it serves.

The Working Group said, ‘This [Reflect] Plan provides us with a roadmap to build a deeper respect and understanding alongside stronger skills over the next 12 months, so that we may better serve our companions.’ R
