At the centre of this operation, sits the Emergency Relief Service Centre, which is made up of a busy team of dedicated staff and volunteers. The Call Centre connects people needing assistance to the local, community-based groups of volunteers (Conferences) who then provide the support required, usually within the same day.
The Case Support Officer at the Emergency Relief Service Centre drives positive client outcomes by enhancing volunteer capacity and providing complex case management support.
