Buddies Day Program
Learning through activities and connection for primary school-aged children.
Are You Eligible?
Our Youth Programs including Buddies Days are available all year round across Queensland.
Children being referred to this program must:
- be aged between 8 and 12 years, and
- be available to meet with our Vinnies Youth team to discuss what they hope to get out of the program.
How To Apply
If you are an adult looking to refer an eligible child to the Vinnies Youth Buddies Day Program, please complete the referral form.

Looking To Volunteer?
If you are interested in volunteering, please send us an email at youth@svdpqld.org.au or complete our online enquiry form.
To volunteer, you must be 16 years or older and be available to attend the Buddies Day Program once a month. You will also need to complete our mandatory volunteer training, undergo a police check, and have a Blue Card if you are over the age of 18.
