Learn More About Our Buddies Day Program
Are you looking for a fun way to engage primary school students? We are passionate about providing opportunities for kids to grow.
Vinnies Youth Buddies Days are one of our youth programs run by volunteers aged 16+ who coordinate a day of activities for primary school kids aged 8 to 12 years. Our Big Buddies provide a wonderful opportunity for young people who need support to connect, build friendships, and find positive role models.
Our Buddies Day Program aims to give primary school aged children:
- a sense of belonging,
- social connection and friendships,
- positive role models to support and guide them, and
- a safe, fun, and inclusive day out.
Our Buddies Days are held once a month and activities can include craft days, science days, sports days, excursions in the local area, and more.
