Vinnies WA is proud to release its 2024-25 Impact Report, which was officially launched at the Annual General Meeting at Ozanam House on Saturday, November 15.

This report not only captures the scale of work carried out over the 2024-25 financial year, but it also showcases also the compassion, commitment and community partnerships that made it possible.

This year’s theme, Empowering People, Transforming Lives, speaks to the heart of Vinnies WA’s mission – one that has guided the organisation for more than 160 years.

It highlights how, as an organisation, Vinnies WA walks alongside West Australians in times of hardship, empowering them to take charge of their lives by restoring confidence, dignity and hope for the future.

At a glance, across the State during 2024-25, Vinnies WA:

  • Answered 58,181 calls for emergency assistance in the call centre, up by more than 15 per cent on the previous year
  • Helped 34,247 West Australians through the Emergency Assistance and Support program
  • Provided more than 67,980 assistance items for those who reached out for help
  • Undertook 33,181 appointments, home visits or other forms of emergency support.

Illustrating every number and achievement throughout this report are real and impactful human stories of resilience, generosity and shared purpose.

From the more than 3000 Members and Volunteers contributing their time in Emergency Relief and in the Retail Shops, to the 300 Staff working across Vinnies WA’s services, each person has played a vital role in creating lasting change for thousands of West Australians.
