Society welcomes new leaders in service to our communities
The St Vincent de Paul Society is continuing to grow and strengthen the way we serve our Queensland communities, with several new leaders joining our Executive Team in recent weeks.
In March we welcomed Kerri Ryan (pictured) as our Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Business Services. Kerri joins us at an important time, as we focus on strong financial stewardship, good governance and long-term sustainability. She leads our Finance, IT and Procurement teams, helping ensure we are well placed to support our mission now and into the future.
Kerri brings deep experience in financial leadership, governance and risk, along with a strong track record in improving systems and leading high-performing teams.
In the coming weeks, we’re also looking forward to welcoming two more leaders to the Executive Team.
Trish Woolley joins as General Manager, Service Excellence and Assurance, leading a newly established division focused on strengthening how we deliver safe, consistent services. This work will help ensure we meet growing expectations around safeguarding, compliance and risk, while continuing to support Members and employees in their day-to-day work.
Trish brings more than 25 years’ experience across government and the community sector, with a strong focus on improving human services and leading large-scale change. Her work will help build clear systems, guidance and support across the Society, so we can continue to deliver our Good Works with confidence and care.
Bianca Harris joins us as General Manager, Property and Construction. With more than 20 years’ experience across the property sector, Bianca will lead our building and development program, which is delivering more than 500 homes across Queensland. These homes provide safe, secure housing for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, along with the wrap-around support they need to rebuild their lives.
Together, these appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to building a strong, sustainable organisation that can respond to the changing needs of the communities we serve.
