The Program Manager is responsible for managing the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) to deliver services in line with the funding agreement. This role will ensure a high standard of service delivery through efficient administrative management. The Program Coordinator will manage the program budget to ensure funds are utilised, allowing maximum client, community and society benefit.
The role will develop operational systems, tools and schedules to ensure the smooth operation of a busy and demanding program. The role will provide accurate and timely reporting in line with government funding requirements. The role will provide leadership, coaching and guidance to all staff, volunteers and contractors who play a vital role in the delivery of the program. Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service whilst maintaining and expanding the client base will be critical to the success of the program. Position duties are to be performed in accordance with the Society’s policies, procedures and philosophy of St Vincent de Paul Society.
