Vinnies Archiving Volunteers

Vinnies is looking for people who...

• Have an interest in our community.
• Work as a team under the direction of an experienced Archiving Member or Volunteer.
• Can give 3 hours per week/ fortnight or month 'up to' as many hours as you wish.
• Have availability Wednesdays 1:30pm - 4.30pm

The Role:

• Work with a mentor and receive training.
• Handle private and confidential information and data.
• Organise and Label documents.
• File important historic documents.
• Scanning and copying documents.
• Printing documents.
• Use of PowerPoint.
• 100% discretionary.

Location:

• Casuarina, Head Office

Personal Protective Equipment / Clothing and Uniforms:

Vinnies ask all Volunteers wear:

• Enclosed shoes.
• Casual, conformable and appropriate clothing for the role above.
• Uniforms are not provided.
