<p>Music, Art, Mediation, Yoga, Creative Writing, English and Literacy, Jewellery Making, Sewing, Knitting, Cooking, Financial Management, Party Planning, Event Hosting, Fundraising Skills, Gardening, Painting, Photography.   </p>
<p>We are looking for courageous Territorians who are willing to 'SHARE YOUR GIFT' with people in need.  </p>

Volunteering with Vinnies is a rich and rewarding experience. Our volunteers donate their time to make a real difference in the lives of others.
The St Vincent de Paul Society NT has been supporting Territorians since 1949. We offer support services including Ozanam House homeless day centre, emergency relief, community housing and aged care. Our network of Vinnies Shops re-sell quality donated items to fund our charity works. We are supported by generous volunteers, conference members and donations.

<h3><strong>Vinnies is looking for people who...</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Anyone who has a 'gift' to share that would be interesting, engaging and/ or meaningful to people who are are experiencing homelessness (our Companions).</li>
<li>Have an interest in our community.</li>
<li>Can handle difficult conversations and provide meaningful support and understanding.</li>
<li>Are keen to help people who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness.</li>
<li>Work as a team with the direction of Vinnies Volunteers, Members or Staff. </li>
<li>Can give as many hours as you wish.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>The Role:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with Vinnies Volunteers, Members or Staff to create and offer an experience, event or training for our Companions.</li>
<li>Get creative!</li>
<li>It feels good to share your gift.</li>
<li>Support will be provided by Vinnies.</li>
<li>100% discretionary - you choose the hours you work!</li>
</ul>

<p>Vinnies ask all Volunteers wear:</p>

<li>Enclosed shoes.</li>
<li>Casual, conformable and appropriate clothing for the role above.</li>
<li>Uniforms are not provided.</li>
