New Strategic Plan sets out Vinnies vision
Vinnies WA has outlined its vision for the coming years with the release of its new Strategic Plan.
Covering the years 2022 to 2025, the plan is built on Vinnies’ core principles of Commitment, Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Empathy, Advocacy and Courage. It identifies six priority initiatives:
- Work and move forward as one
- Strengthen our sustainability
- Extend the impact of our advocacy and influence
- Nurture and grow our membership
- Enhance the impact of our work
- Optimise the performance and well-being of our people
Vinnies State President Gladys Demissie and CEO Susan Rooney said they were appreciative of the input from members and staff that informed the plan’s development, and were wholeheartedly committed to the path the Strategic Plan set out.
“We are very pleased to be able to present the new Strategic Plan to members, staff, volunteers, and the public. It sets out a clear vision for how Vinnies will continue to make a very real difference to the lives of vulnerable people in the West Australian community.
“It also identifies a number of key pathways to strengthening our organisation and highlights the importance of investing in our people
