When you rent a property, there are some basic rules to follow. These rules help keep the home safe and respectful for everyone.
As a tenant, you are expected to:

🧹 Keep your home clean and tidy
🔧 Tell us if something needs fixing
🤝 Respect your neighbours
🔇 Keep noise to a reasonable level

Mandatory Reporting
The general Territory Public, including Society Members, Volunteers and Staff are Mandatory Reporters.
In the Northern Territory, if you are over 18, and you believe a child, young person or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger or a life-threatening situation, call 000 and ask for Police.
