The Executive team is guided by Our Council ultimately responsible for the management, administration, and overall operations of the Society in the Northern Territory.
Rob Lutter was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the St Vincent de Paul Society Northern Territory in 2020. He brings extensive leadership experience across commercial enterprises and not-for-profit organisations, with a strong background in business management, retail and organisational development.
Since moving to Darwin, Rob has focused on strengthening the Society’s impact across the Territory, building valued partnerships, and ensuring services are delivered with compassion and purpose.
Rob is passionate about working with the Vinnies team, volunteers, and members to provide meaningful support and hope to people experiencing hardship throughout the Northern Territory. He is committed to driving the Society’s long-term growth, sustainability, and strategic development to ensure Vinnies remains a trusted and impactful organisation for generations to come.

Rachael Wright leads all St Vincent de Paul Society NT community programs across the Territory. She oversees housing services — including Bakhita Centre, Park Lodge, Ormonde House, Ted Collins Village, Bernhard Street, and Same House Different Landlord properties — along with homelessness support through Ozanam House and the Outreach Program. She also manages the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) for aged care and coordinates emergency relief services, ensuring individuals and families receive essential support when they need it most.
With over 25 years’ senior leadership experience across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors, Rachael is recognised for her strengths in governance, strategic planning, compliance, and workforce development. Deeply connected to the Northern Territory, she also serves as Mayor of Litchfield Council, contributes to multiple local committees, and co-owns Lorella Springs Cattle Station. A proud mother of three, Rachael brings a financially responsible, socially progressive, and community-focused approach to everything she does.

Angelina Yong manages St Vincent de Paul Society NT Accounts.
Angelina has diverse accounting experience, business organisation and finance skills, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Executive Team.
Bonita has years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, starting as an aged care support worker, moving into management of the Aged Care Team at Carers NT. Bonita's hands-on experience has developed her expertise in quality and compliance that supports the delivery of great services. Passionate about giving back to the community, Bonita is excited to be working with the Vinnies team and be a part of the Society's good works.
Kerry-Lee is an experienced Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and the Management team at St Vincent de Paul NT, with a strong background in administration and coordination.
In addition to her executive support role, Kerry-Lee is our Membership and Volunteer Coordinator. This role allows her to focus on building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience for all Vinnies potential, and current members and volunteers.
She is passionate about creating connections and ensuring people feel supported, encouraged and valued no matter of their situation.
Larissa Kirby is the Housing Services Manager at St Vincent de Paul Society NT, leading housing and case management services across the Territory. With more than a decade of experience in social and affordable housing, Larissa has held senior roles in tenancy management, property services, and community engagement. She has achieved Tier 2 accreditation under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing and has built strong partnerships with government, community organisations, and service providers to improve outcomes for vulnerable clients. Passionate about creating sustainable housing solutions, Larissa has a proven track record in policy development, team leadership, and advocacy for affordable housing. Her career reflects a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and ensuring people have safe and secure places to live.
Stephen Bryans is an experienced retail and community development professional, originally from the UK and now living in Australia for over 20 years. He has worked extensively across the Northern Territory, managing remote community stores. His vast leadership experience and roles within the not-for-profit sector support Vinnies' strategic plans to promote a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that can be experienced in remote communities. Bringing to the Vinnies Team, Stephen has a strong background in the Retail Sector and is passionate about retail, merchandising, and revenue generation as a vital way to support the life-changing programs delivered by Vinnies to help people in need.
Stephen thrives on working with dedicated teams who share his commitment to community, and values the collaboration, energy, and purpose that comes from working with people who care as deeply as he does.
Tully Leitch brings a background across education, health, administration and years of experience in the not-for-profit sector to the Society. Tully is committed to strengthening the Territory community, and works closely with his Teams to deliver high-quality services that are responsive, respectful and tailored to our clients' individual needs.
Originally from the Gulf of Carpentaria, Nhulunbuy East Arnhem Land, Tully has a deep connection to community and culture in the NT and is highly motivated to support vulnerable Territorians with a hand up.
