Current Positions

We’re looking for a National Membership Project Officer to join the St Vincent de Paul Society National Council team and help strengthen our Membership, Mission & Youth work across Australia.

This part-time role (60.8 hours per fortnight) is based with the National Council Secretariate in Deakin West, ACT, with flexible in-office and work-from-home arrangements – also open to remote working for the right candidate.

Working closely with the National Manager – Membership, Mission & Youth, the National Council CEO, Standing Committees, and national networks, you’ll support the delivery of membership-related projects that grow Vincentian life, strengthen governance, and enhance the Society’s mission across our State and Territory Councils.

We’re seeking someone with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, who can confidently work across multiple projects and committees, build collaborative relationships, and keep things moving in a high-volume, demand-driven environment. Experience in member-based or mission-driven organisations and an understanding of the Society as a lay Catholic organisation will be highly regarded.

If you’re passionate about shaping a more just and compassionate society, and keen to take the next step in your development at a national level, we’d love to hear from you. Full Position Description here: National Membership Project Officer.
