Bag a Bonus

- Promotion is open to VIP Members only.
- VIP Member bonus points may be redeemed for goods (not cash or vouchers) at any Vinnies Shop in Victoria.
- Maximum 50 points per donation
- Promotion is Instore only
- Customer must hand the donations to the sales assistant as points will not be awarded for donations left with staff.
- Bonus points will be added to VIP account after 24 hours
Vinnies Vault
Promotion Dates: Always on
- The Vinnies $24 Vault Card is available for purchase at any Victorian Vinnies Shop.
- No rainchecks.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vault Card is activated for use the day after initial purchase with bonus $4.
- Only available for use at Vinnies Shops in Victoria. Lost or stolen Vault Cards will not be replaced.
- Vault Cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Vault Cards cannot be used to purchase Vault Cards.

Refund Policy
Our Vinnies Shops offer a vast range of product. If there is ever any issue please feel free to contact us.
You are entitled to a refund OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they’re supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
