The first families have just moved into their beautiful new homes in Wollert, with the rest moving in in the next few months.  

Delivered in partnership with Homes Victoria as part of the Big Housing Build, Development Victoria and St Vincent de Paul Victoria through its subsidiary VincentCare Community Housing are building nine new townhouses as part of the Habitas Aurora master planned community in Wollert.

From vision to reality: St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria’s new community housing project in Melbourne’s north to house vulnerable families.

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is proud to announce that it is moving into the build phase of a community housing project set to deliver nine new safe, secure and affordable homes in Wollert (Epping) in partnership with Homes Victoria as part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build.
