Promotion is open to VIP Members only.
VIP Member bonus points may be redeemed for goods (not cash or vouchers) at any Vinnies Shop in Victoria.
Bonus points awarded to VIP Members whose total qualifying spend is $20.00 or more in a single transaction.
Credit of a maximum of 100 bonus points per qualifying VIP Member per trading day, in addition to the standard points earned on those transactions.
Refunds processed after points are credited will reverse for both standard and bonus points.
Promotion is instore only.
Bonus points will be added to VIP Member account after 24 hours.
When purchasing a gift card, standard points will be allocated to the VIP Member including 100-point bonus if the total transaction is $20 or more. When redeeming gift card credit, both standard and bonus points will not be reallocated for a second time.
Donation transactions where a VIP makes a monetary donation instore does not qualify to be awarded standard or bonus points.
Bonus 2000 points competition:
VIP Members will qualify for the draw if they have spent $20 or more in any Vinnies Shop in Victoria store during the month of October.
VIP Members can only enter the draw once and cannot be entered multiple times.
The winner will be randomly selected and will be announced via our Instagram stories (VinniesShopsVIC) on Thursday 5 November.
VIP member will be notified via their allocated contact method that they have won and will receive the 2000 bonus points added to their account.
VIP Member bonus points may be redeemed for goods (not cash or vouchers) at any Vinnies Shop in Victoria.
Vinnies Vault
Promotion Dates: Always on
- The Vinnies $24 Vault Card is available for purchase at any Victorian Vinnies Shop.
- No rainchecks.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vault Card is activated for use the day after initial purchase with bonus $4.
- Only available for use at Vinnies Shops in Victoria. Lost or stolen Vault Cards will not be replaced.
- Vault Cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Vault Cards cannot be used to purchase Vault Cards.

Refund Policy
Our Vinnies Shops offer a vast range of product. If there is ever any issue please feel free to contact us.
You are entitled to a refund OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they’re supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
