The St Vincent de Paul Society offers a range of services designed to assist people vulnerable to various kinds of addictions. These include counselling as well as access to professional service providers and long-term programs.

Continuing Coordinated Care Program

Continuing Coordinated Care Program is a service assisting people who would like support to reduce the harms related to their substance use. Besides support to reduce substance use, we support people with their goals around housing, health, income, education, employment, and family connections.

New England AOD Outreach Program

New England Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Outreach Program is a service assisting people who would like support to reduce the harms related to their substance use. Besides support to reduce substance use, we support people with their goals around housing, health, income, education, employment, and family connections.

Freeman House, Armidale

Freeman House is a service that assists people who would like support to reduce the harms related to their substance use. Freeman House provides a wide range of treatment options and supports, such as detoxification, residential rehabilitation, programs, transitional support and one-on-one case management. Besides support to reduce substance use, we support people with their goals around housing, health, income, education, employment, and family connections.

Rendu House, Campbelltown

Rendu House is a service assisting people who would like support to reduce the harms related to their substance use. At Rendu House, we offer three programs – a day program, an outreach service, and a complex support needs service. This means we can assist people in a variety of ways and provide additional supports where needed. Besides support to reduce substance use, we support people with their goals around housing, health, income, education, employment, and family connections.

Rosalie House, Tamworth

Rosalie House provides support to people wishing to reduce the harms related to their alcohol and substance use. Rosalie House provides a day program for people to attend to work on their recovery related goals in a group setting and one-on-one with a case worker. Rosalie House provides free programs and case management services to adults who live in the Tamworth and surrounding areas.
