Retail Shop Manager - Kidman Park
St Vincent de Paul Society (SA) Inc (Vinnies) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Retail Shop Manager to lead one of our retail stores in Kidman Park.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective and compliant operation of the shop, leading people, resources, and daily activities to achieve strong retail performance that directly supports positive community outcomes. Vinnies Women's Crisis Centre Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager of the Vinnies Women’s Crisis Centre (VWCC), you will play a key leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality crisis accommodation and support services to women and children experiencing domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence, or homelessness. This role combines operational management with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring safety, dignity, and a pathway to recovery for all clients.

Community Services Workers at Vinnies Women’s Crisis Centre
· Multiple Casual Positions Available
· Make a meaningful impact by supporting women and children experiencing crisis.
As a Community Services Worker, you will provide frontline guest support and essential administrative services at our short-term accommodation centre for single women and women with children (and their pets) who are at risk of or are experiencing domestic and family violence and homelessness.
You will engage directly with guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed environment. In partnership with the case workers providing support to the women, and with external agencies, you will contribute to delivering comprehensive, wrap-around assistance.
This is a values-driven role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where compassion, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.
