Retail Shop Manager - Victor Harbor
St Vincent de Paul Society (SA) Inc (Vinnies) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Retail Shop Manager to lead our retail store in Victor Harbor.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective and compliant operation of the shop, leading people, resources, and daily activities to achieve strong retail performance that directly supports positive community outcomes. You will manage the sale of donated goods, foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors, and nurture a diverse team of volunteers, playing a vital role in funding programs that alleviate poverty and hardship across South Australia.

You will have the opportunity to influence our workforce across employees and volunteers, guide managers, and embed practical HR and volunteer management solutions throughout the Society.
