How we help

The Community Inclusion Program helps with the following:

  • advocacy
  • case management
  • community access
  • collaboration between onsite supports and services
  • community development
  • onsite activities
  • referrals to supports and services
  • social support
  • transport services

Who do we support?

  • People with a psycho-social disability
  • People linked to MyAgedCare and NDIS
  • People at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness
  • People within the ACT and the Queanbeyan area have access to this service

Get involved with the Community Inclusion Program

The community can get involved in the program through a variety of ways including:

  • reaching out to the program for assistance (call 13 18 12)
  • formal and informal volunteering opportunities
