Community Inclusion Program aims to increase the independence, social and community inclusion of people with a psycho-social disability.
How we help
The Community Inclusion Program helps with the following:
- advocacy
- case management
- community access
- collaboration between onsite supports and services
- community development
- onsite activities
- referrals to supports and services
- social support
- transport services
Who do we support?
- People with a psycho-social disability
- People linked to MyAgedCare and NDIS
- People at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness
- People within the ACT and the Queanbeyan area have access to this service

Get involved with the Community Inclusion Program
The community can get involved in the program through a variety of ways including:
- reaching out to the program for assistance (call 13 18 12)
- formal and informal volunteering opportunities
