We are dedicated to being as diverse as the communities we serve. We know that when people with diverse skills, backgrounds and perspectives come together, we create the most value for our people and the people we assist. We are committed to building a safe and inclusive environment, where everyone can feel they belong.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value people of all cultures, languages, capacities, sexual orientations, gender identities, intersex status and gender expressions.

We work with applicants to ensure our recruitment process is accessible and provide adjustments, when needed, to ensure you can fully participate in the application and recruitment process.

Our vacant roles are advertised on all leading job boards and you can apply online via the job board.

When you apply, you can tell us about your experience and you should include a copy of your resumé. If you are selected for an interview, we will organise a suitable time and date. Sometimes there can be more than one interview and other requirements that will be clearly communicated in the process.

If you are the preferred candidate you will need to undertake some pre-employment checks. These checks must be successfully cleared before starting in the role. The checks will vary from job to job but will include at least two employment references, right to work, criminal history, working with children and health checks.

If you’re not successful for that role, we will contact you.

In addition to purposeful work that makes a difference, we offer a range of benefits.

Flexible work and leave – Many of our teams now have hybrid flexible ways of working where we complement coming to the workplace to collaborate and connect with working remotely to help you manage your personal and work commitments. In addition to regular leave allowances, we offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, study leave, and two days of paid volunteering leave.
