Ozanam Learning Centre

The Ozanam Learning Centre (OLC) is a Vinnies community centre in Woolloomooloo where you can connect, learn, participate in activities, and access support. Our work is aimed at providing opportunities for inclusion and support for those who need it.

The OLC is a safe and supportive space for men, women and non-binary people over the age of 18 years, all are welcome.

Join us at our centre for:

• Creative activities
• Explorations in relaxation and wellbeing
• Education
• Help with accessing IT and with getting organised
• Fitness and recovery activities
• Connecting with nature
• Fun and social groups

If our friendly staff, partner organisations and volunteers aren’t able to help you, we’ll do our best to assist with referrals—to make sure you get the support you need, and help you reach your personal goals.

We’d love to hear your feedback about the activities and services we offer, as we’re always looking at ways to improve the OLC and how we work.

Our Programs and Services

What’s On

Drop-In Activities: You do not need to book ahead for these, you're welcome to just show up. Book-In Activities: We ask that you please book ahead by chatting with staff at the OLC, calling us on 9358 8100 or email olc@vinnies.org.au.

Creative Projects

The OLC Music Program encourages self‐expression while providing an emotional outlet. Through music, we want to see people discover creative and positive outlets that act as a catalyst for real and lasting change.

Health & Wellbeing

The Health & Wellbeing program aims to provide meaningful and satisfying activities with a focus on positive mental health.

Employment & Training

People most at risk of (or experiencing) homelessness don’t have easy access to training and Education. By offering free TAFE accredited courses, the OLC is providing options that allow people to empower themselves.

Life Skills

The OLC living skills program provides a holistic approach to developing skills needed for successful independent living.

Therapeutic

The OLC provides a range of services and support to people whose lives have been affected by addiction and mental health issues.
