Doug Knez has given dedicated service as a conference member for almost 30 years, initially in Ballarat from 1992 – 2005 and since then in Gippsland. His story emphasises the importance of the home visit and just being there for people. He has held many leadership positions but believes that being a conference member is the most important role he has held in the Society.
