Creswick Mills shares the warmth
Vinnies was delighted to receive a warm donation of 200 blankets from Creswick Mills

For 50 years, the family-run business has donated blankets to charities each winter and this year Vinnies was once again a happy  recipient.
Two hundred ‘Paul Ryzowy’ blankets (named after Creswick founder and the current team’s grandfather) were donated to the Inner City Soup Van Hub where our Vinnies volunteers could respond to people sleeping rough and provide warmth when living on the cold streets.

Executive Director of Creswick Woollen Mills, Boaz Herszfeld, personally delivered the blankets to our Vinnies Soup Van Manager Melissa Walton and then was joined by Sharon from the Creswick family for a night volunteering on our Vinnies Soup Vans.

Vinnies is grateful for this timely winter donation which will be distributed and provide comfort to the people we serve living on the streets.

Thank you for your continued support and carrying the legacy of kindness Creswick Mills.
