Young Adult Conferences
Make a difference in your community by joining a local St Vincent de Paul Society group, known as a ‘conference’. A conference is a self-run group of young volunteers, often from the same local area, who meet regularly to plan community outreach programs.
These are dynamic groups with a clear aim to help make the world a better place. Our young adults run activity days for kids, assist on the Vinnies Soup Vans, conduct home visits, tutor, run and participate in many other works of social justice, as well as social events.
Most young adult conferences meet once a month.
Conferences are based in the following locations throughout metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
- ACU Aquinas
- Gladstone Park
- Hoppers Crossing
- Noble Park
