About the position
This position will work directly to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that all policies and governance materials that are developed and reviewed:
support the administrative processes of the National Secretariate and the National Council
align with the Society’s Purpose, Values, Mission, Vision, Strategic Plan and all statutory reporting and accountability requirements.
An example of the areas for which policies are required to be developed or reviewed include delegations, compliance, ethical practice, conflict of interest, cultural competence, accountability, privacy, confidentiality, record-keeping, governance and risk, legalities and insurance.
Resources and toolkits will be available to assist with this task.
