At our Metropolitan Call Centre, volunteers take phone calls from people in need. Requests are passed on to our conference members who visit the individual or family in their home to provide emergency relief assistance. The role includes answering calls from people in need and recording their requests into a data base.  Computer skills & customer service experience required.  The Call Centre is located at Canning Vale and volunteers are required on a roster basis - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 1.15pm. The minimum age requirement for call centre volunteers is 18 years.
