    Where a disaster occurs within Australia, the local State, Diocesan, Central or Regional Council provides as much assistance as possible, as soon as possible, from its own resources.

    Critical life incidents and events such as unemployment, displacement, or chronic illness may often lead to individuals or families facing crisis. The St Vincent de Paul Society provides assistance to people in need in any way they can.

    Vinnies soup vans operate where the need is greatest in capital cities and regional centres. We do so with the generous support of our many volunteers, sponsors, donors and suppliers.
