What is Humber Place?
Humber Place is a four bedroom house that provides safe, secure and affordable supported accommodation for people who have a disability. The program can accommodate three single persons with an onsite Support Worker who assists residents to live independently.
Who can access this program?
To be eligible for accommodation in Humber Place, applicants must be referred through the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services in conjunction with the program Support Agency.
As this is long term accommodation, availability is often limited, however the Society will seek to source alternative accommodation options for those in need.
