What is Long Term Housing?
Greater Brisbane Long Term Housing is a community housing program which provides safe, secure and affordable long term accommodation to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Greater Brisbane Long Term Housing consists of 2 x 8 unit complex, 2 x 10 unit complex, 1 x 6 unit complex, 1 x 7 unit complex and 1 x 9 unit complex which are provided as independent long term accommodation.
Who can access this program?
To be eligible for long term housing in Greater Brisbane Long Term Housing properties, applicants must meet the One Social Housing Criteria as determined by the Department of Housing and Public Works and have current One Social Housing application.
Due to demand, availability may be limited, however the Society will seek to sources alternative accommodation options for those in need.
Where is the program located?
Gaythorne, Newmarket, Everton Park, Chermside and Nundah.
