What is FBOT?

The FBOT – Street to Home Program is a transitional housing program which consists of 27 units (including 2 disability units) to actively combat homelessness in the South East Queensland area. The service is offered to relevant applicants on a three monthly lease basis for up to twelve months only.  

Who can access FBOT?
This program is for single parents with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Arundel, Gold Coast

What are the benefits of accessing this service?
Additional services provided on-site by Family Support Workers include delivery of parenting programs, self-improvement workshops, living skills, budgeting and household management support, referrals to relevant health or community services to address barriers and break the cycle of homelessness.  School holiday activities, mentoring, and Homework Club are offered to children.

Can I volunteer at FBOT?
No.
