What is Micah Hub?
Micah Hub is a client-centred support and referral service offering support to those in the community who require assistance. Staff, members and volunteers work with individuals and families to offer the best support for your needs.
The services offered at Micah Hub include:
- Referral to local services (both Vinnies services and external services)
- Access to resources and information
- Assistance with electricity and gas bills; food; transport; medical requirements; other material aid
- NILS (no-interest loan scheme)
- Caseworkers to assist people facing difficult situations
Who can access this service?
Any individual or family who is experiencing a form of financial hardship or experiencing challenging circumstances. People can self-refer to the Hub or referrals are taken from other organisations.
Where is the service located?
53 Gurwood St, Wagga Wagga NSW (corner of Gurwood and Trail St)
We are open Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm.
Who benefits from this service?
People who are experiencing financial hardship or isolation; people experiencing or at risk of homelessness; and many others.
Can I volunteer at the Micah Hub?
