What is Amelie House?
Amelie House is a crisis accommodation and case management service for unaccompanied women or women with children who have experienced domestic/family violence and/or homelessness. We provide safe individual unit accommodation.
The service operates within a client centred service delivery framework based on the principles of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration and empowerment and incorporates both trauma informed and culturally competent practices.
Who can access this service?
Amelie House provides support to women over the age of 18 years, with or without accompanying children, who have experienced domestic/family violence and/or homelessness.

Who benefits from Amelie House services?
We specialise in supporting women and children who have experienced domestic/family violence and/or homelessness through a dedicated team of support workers, case workers and partnerships with other specialised and mainstream services.
Amelie House has access to transitional accommodation. Those accessing these properties will continue to be supported by case workers to achieve their long term goals.
