Apply For a Bushfire Emergency Relief Payment

Since February 2020 St Vincent de Paul Society NSW has been supporting the Commonwealth Government with the distribution of Bushfire Emergency Relief Funding of $1,000 per household to those impacted by the devastating Black Summer Bushfires of 2019 -2020.

This notice is to report that the Society in NSW has distributed all of its Bushfire Emergency Relief Funding so we are unable to take any further applications.

NSW Government is delivering bushfire recovery assistance to help people and businesses impacted by bushfires. The Service NSW bushfire customer care service has specialists to help guide you. Please visit their website.

In addition the St Vincent de Paul Society NSW continues to assist people who are experiencing hardship. If you need help or want to talk to someone from Vinnies you can contact your local Vinnies Conference, visit our website for information or contact 13 18 12 and press option 2.

If you currently have an ERF application submitted we will deal with it ASAP. Due to the volume of applications this can take up to 7 business days. If the 7 business days has passed and you want to discuss your application please call 13 18 12 and press 2 for bushfires.
