The NDIS is focused on three areas which are designed to consider all the supports a person may need:
The Insurance Safety Net: Social participation, community awareness about disability issues, promoting inclusion and opportunities
Information, Linkages and Capacity Building: Connecting people to the right support, building the capacity of mainstream services to engage with people with disability, building individual capacity and local area coordination
Funded Support Packages: Individual funding packages to people with disability to give them choice and control over how they access support services
Who is eligible?
