What is Castlereagh Industries?
Castlereagh Industries is a Special Work of the St Vincent de Paul Society and is strongly committed to enhancing the lives of people with disability. We employ 19 people with disability and four support staff.
Where are we located?
We are located in the town of Coonamble in North West NSW. Our factory is modern and climate-controlled with a large loading dock.
The services at Castlereagh Industries include textiles recycling to producing cut wipers and export clothing, significantly reducing the landfill burden. We supply our Retail Centre with high quality clothing from this product. Other services we provide for the local community include commercial laundry and car washing. We also operate a parcel delivery service within the town linking in with the Dubbo Couriers.
Our customer base is comprised of private rag exporters for the textiles. We service the St Vincent de Paul Society Centres with wiper sales, as well as, commercial and private customers. Our Retail Centre is a hub for the local community, as well as, surrounding districts.
