Fran Avon has more than 30 years-experience in marketing and leadership roles in diverse sectors including not for profit, consultancy, publishing and information services.  Prior to joining St Vincent de Paul, Fran spent over ten years in a senior management role at Wesley Mission. 

Fran’s early career saw her working for organisations including CCH, Fairfax and HP.  Her formal training as a researcher/marketer has expanded and her most recent experience includes brand development, fundraising, property development and community housing.
