As 2024 gets underway, we look back at all we can achieve in 12 months, to examine the impact we’ve made and the lessons to be learn for the coming year. This past financial year, Vinnies can look back on a number of significant achievements, such as:
- Strengthening the State Presidential Housing Fund to support people who are at very high risk of losing their homes due to overdue rent and housing-related bills
- Expanding and refurbishing our call centre – the Emergency Relief Service Centre – to meet growing demand
- Providing $8.4million in assistance to people in need and program supports
