Marillac House
As a Special Work of the St Vincent de Paul Society (Tasmania), Marillac House offers affordable accommodation in both Launceston and Hobart for families who are travelling for health-related purposes. The rooms of each house are designed to feel like a home away from home with private facilities including heating, televisions, coffee and tea appliances, a fridge, and a microwave oven.
Both houses are located in the CBD, making them close to a range of amenities. They are conveniently close to hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Marillac House Launceston and Marillac House Hobart are a safe, convenient and helpful home for you and your family when you travel for health-related purposes.
Accommodation
Marillac House Launceston has nine comfortable rooms available including singles, double or twin-share, and family suites. All rooms are appointed like a home away from home. They have private facilities, heating, televisions, appliances for tea and coffee, and a fridge and a microwave oven.
Check-in is available after 2pm and check-out is by 10am, unless otherwise negotiated.
We are family-friendly and also provide cot facilities.

Marillac House Hobart has fifteen well-appointed rooms available, including two welcoming family rooms that can accommodate up to four guests.
