Vinnies launches Western QLD Flood Appeal

 
The St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland has launched its Western Queensland Flood Appeal.

Hundreds of families and isolated elderly, who are already struggling, have now been dealt a savage blow, and will be turning to Vinnies to help.

We provide financial and material assistance, friendship and support, to people in crisis, and during these times of disaster our resources are stretched further than ever before.

Vinnies is in it for the long haul – when the flood waters recede and people are still picking up the pieces of their lives, we will be there to help in any way we can.
