The Family Services Program provides services in a form of case management and address individual factors contributing to the risk of homelessness, with a strong focus on the needs of the children and the family.

Who do we support?

Any family experiencing, or at risk of homelessness can be assisted by the Family Services Program.

The Facts (2021-22)

  • 112 family cases managed 
  • 14 families across both services placed into transitional housing 
  • 24 families across both services placed into permanent housing 
  • Lack of long-term housing is the biggest barrier for disadvantaged families
